An iconic new build with stunning eco credentials sitting right on Mawgan Porth beach

This beachside gem, with its thoroughly modern spacious design nods to mid century Malibu; giving me plenty of inspiration for a retro/modern mix-match approach. White washed walls with splashes of bold colours and patterns are Tanzarra's thing, allowing the grand design and breathtaking views to shine through. 

As our previous home, I spent years experimenting with the interiors. The budget was very small indeed so I had to be resourceful with up-cycling and handmade goodies. The result is a fun and relaxed home.With bags of environmental credentials, Tanzarra won many awards for its quality build, iconic stature and High B energy rating. My partner Dan Hatfield designed and built Tanzarra with his team Lionpark Construction and it was featured on the cover of COAST Magazine in 2015.
